All skulls may be returned for a full refund.  Please contact us if there are concerns about quality, it's likely we can remedy the concern.

We sell insulated skull shipping boxes for all small antler/horn animals.  Order the right kit for your skull and we will ship directly to your doorstep.  Follow the included instructions to pack your skull and then use your favorite carrier to ship it to us.  Please insure your item.  The return shipping is on us! 

If self-packaging your item, please freeze the skull for a minimum of 48 hours and then seal in plastic and insulate box with at least 1.5" of rigid or soft insulation.

In the event that a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we will do everything possible to assist in the recovery or financial claim processing.  However Fin Art Taxidermy will not be held liable for any loss.
